What are your order processing times?

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Most orders are processed within 7-10 business days of payment receipt and ship shortly thereafter. You will be notified as soon as your order has been shipped and will be provided with a tracking number.

I need to make a return. How do I start that process?

Returns are accepted on new/unused products within 14 days from the shipment date as long as you have contacted us ahead of time so we are aware of your needs. Returns that meet the above criteria will be refunded via store credit.

Buyer pays shipping of items back to our store unless there was a mistake made on our part.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship our products to friends all over the world.

I'm Buying as a Gift for a Family Member or Friend. Can I ship directly to them?

Yes! Simply enter your family member or friends address in the “ship to” section at checkout and we will ship it to that address. ​

If you are ordering products for yourself and your friend and want part of your order shipped to you and the rest shipped to a friend, please place two orders. We are unable to separate orders for shipping to two different locations once the order has been placed.

I'm not sure the shipping total is correct on my order. Is there someone I can contact about it?
